Splash white wine

Mango jalapeño sauce:
1 ripe mango
1/2 yellow onion small dice
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 tsp garlic
1 jalapeño sm. dice
Tt salt
Tt whit pepper
