Fish with Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon peanut oil
• 4 firm white fish fillets (800g)
• 1/3 cup (100g) mayonnaise
• 1-2 tablespoons wasabi paste, to taste
• 2 green onions - chopped finely
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
• 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions:
1) Heat oil in large non-stick frying
pan, add fish; cook until browned
on both sides and just cooked
through.
2) Meanwhile: combine mayonnaise,
wasabi, onion, coriander and juice
in small bowl.
3) Serve fish with wasabi
mayonnaise and, if desired,
steamed Chinese broccoli.
