Ingredients:
• 450g hokkien noodles
• 1 tablespoon peanut oil
• 3 cups (510g) coarsely chopped cooked chicken
• 6 greens onions - sliced
• 1 tablespoon bottled crushed garlic
• 2 cups (160g) bean sprouts
• 1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock
• 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
• 1/4 cup (60ml) kecap manis

Directions:
1) Place noodles in small heatproof
bowl; cover with boiling water,
separate with fork - drain.
2) Heat oil in wok or large frying pan;
cook chicken, onion and garlic
until chicken is heated through.
3) Add noodles, sprouts and
combined stock, sauce and kecap
manis; stir-fry until noodles are
heated through.
