3 pounds pork shoulder roast
15 oz green taco sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 sweet onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tspns oregano
2 tspns cumin
2 tspns kosher salt
1 tspn cayenne
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk (for baking)
Guacamole
Pierce meat and place with all ingredients in crockpot on high for ~8 hours. Shred meat on baking tray and bake at 275 for ~45 minutes
