Thai curry paste
Chili
Garlic
Lemongrass
Ginger
Coriander
Lime
Sugar
Soya
Fish sauce
Tomato paste
Blend all the ingredients into a paste set aside
Mix your mincemeat( chicken-pork you choose ) with some curry paste egg and sesame seeds roll them and fry in oil until golden brown
Make your broth
Fry some garlic add your curry paste and let cook for a minute add coconut milk and chichen broth and let go for 10minutes add your meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes
Serve with rice and chopped coriander and your fav veg stir fried in same sesame oil and soya
