• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 small knob finely grated ginger
• 1 clove garlic finely grated
• 1 pinch dried chili flakes
• 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
• 10 snow peas sliced diagonal
• Small handful bean sprouts
• 1/2 small brown onion, finely sliced
• 125grams chicken strips
• 200grms. Hokkien noodles


METHOD:
1. Chop onion finely
2. Peel ginger (knife), then finely
grate
3. Break & peel garlic glove, grate
4. Add ginger & garlic to a bowl with
pinch of chili
5. Diagonally cut snow peas
- Add to bowl with bean sprouts

6. Heat oil in pan
7. Add chicken & onion (cook stirring
constantly)
8. Add garlic, ginger & chili (stir
through)
9. Add vegetables ( cook for 2-3
mins)
10. Add noodles & teriyaki sauce
11. Mix all ingredients to coat well

- Serve hot.
