• Potato & bacon bake recipe mix
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• Diced bacon
• Garlic
• Thinly sliced potatoes
• 300ml thick cream
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken stock
• Grated cheese

METHOD:
1. Preheat oven 200.
2. Cut slice potato - Grease oven
pan with olive oil - Lay potatoes
down.
3. Cook bacon, onion & garlic
4. Mix cream, milk, stock & recipe
base in bowl
5. Add ^^^ to potatoes & add
cheese
6. Bake for 1 hour
7. Remove, add cheese as topping
8. Bake for another 15mins.

- Serve.
