- 1 Ribeye
- 1 cup Montreal Steak Seasoning
1) Remove the chain and any undesirable fatty tissue from the Ribeye.
2) Rub the ribeye with seasoning.
3) Roast at 350°F for two hours. Temp at 105°F.
4) Allow the Prime Rib to rest for 10-15 min.
5) slice and serve
