Fresh green bean sauté

1 lb of fresh green beans.
1 bunch of green onions
Half pound of bacon
Soy sauce
Table spoon fresh garlic
Salt as wanted. I like to use corse ground black salt
Start by breaking both ends off the fresh green beans. put in a frying pan
Cut up the green onions and to the green beans
Add the garlic to the pan and the salt
Cut up the bacon into small slices add to separate pan until cooked to your liking
While the bacon is cooking add soy sauce to the green beans. As much as you want in order to sauté them. I sauté mine till they have blackened spots on them.
Once the bacon is cooked drain the grease and add it to the green beans.
And serve
