Healthy Trail Mix Cookies

1 cup oat flour
1/8 cup oats
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 t vanilla
1 t fresh grated ginger
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 large carrot (grated)
1/2 cup each raisins and crasins
1 banana
1/2 milk of choice
3 T honey
Grind nuts and add to puréed banana with all other ingredients. Form into flattened disks (half inch thick) and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
