PORTIONS: MAKES APPROX 18 MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
3Tbsp Honey
500g Chicken Mince
2Tbsp Soy Sauce
2tsp Chicken Stock
1/2C Breadcrumbs
Freshly chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Method:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Roll into small balls and place in a non-stick pan with some olive oil and cook until all of the meatballs inside and out are no longer pink.

Serve.
