Ingredients:
Eggs, butter, black pepper
Directions:
1. Spray butter, coat bottom of the pan
2. Crack egg in one of the following
• turned on pan (stove on low)
• bowl (stove on medium)
3. Sprinkle black pepper
4. Break the yolk
5. Scramble (like mixing) until eggs aren't shiny
