1 can whelks (opt. Sub. Abalone, clams, mussels, conch)
2 T korean red pepper flakes
1 T apple or rice wine vinegar
1 t sugar
1 t sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic finely sliced
2 scallions chopped on a bias
1. Mix all together and serve
