1 shot of gin
Kaffir lime leaf muddled
Wedge of cucumber
Squeeze of lime
Half a shot of elderflower cordial
Dash of rosewater
Soda water


Directions:

Muddle lime leaves and shake all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass and top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber, lime and kaffir lime leaves
